Hiking for Your Higher Self
Free Monthly Hiking Group, started March 2023 and are every 4th Saturday of the month. No matter who you are and where you come from there are so many mental health and physical health benefits to hiking: reduces stress, calms anxiety, and boost your mood, and improves your outlook. The Experience includes: 1-3 mile hike, lots of fun, learn practical mindfulness techniques, and connect with community. First hike of 2025: March 22, 2025.
All fitness levels welcomed. Donations accepted, all proceeds go to The Loveland Foundation Therapy Fund.

If you are a woman that has started the process of divorce, separated, or divorced and need help improving your self-esteem, join our “Divorced but Still a Queen with Self-Esteem” virtual group. You will gain practical steps on how to improve your self-esteem, mental health, and move forward.
